A la suite de l'assemble générale ordinaire 2008 qui a eue lieu en février 2009, le bureau a été renouvelé comme suit :

- Vice-Président : Christian LEVASSEUR
- Président : Jean-Pierre VASSEUR
Le conseil d 'administration est actuellement composé de 11 membres (incluant le bureau). L'association compte environ 50 membres.

Le Comité de Jumelage de la Ville d'Athy est constitué officiellement comme suit : Président : Cllr Richard DALY, Cllr Sean Cunnane, Sean Cleary, Helen Dowling, Linda Mulhall, Cllr John Lawler, Cllr Paddy Whright, Cllr Frank English, Tom Yates, Adrian Conlon et Chris Fingleton .
